This is a legal agreement between the customer, and Logoangel.com. By purchasing artwork/graphics/graphic design services from Logoangel.com, you agree to abide by all the terms and conditions mentioned in this agreement.

License for Custom Made Logos, Name Cards and Stationeries:

Upon purchase of custom made logo, name cards or stationary services, the customer is granted 100% exclusive rights to use the artwork royalty-free in their current or modified forms.

Other preliminary materials, which are not selected by the Client or are not included into the final delivery, remain the full property of Logoangel.com

License for Pre-designed Logos, Name Cards and Stationeries:

Logoangel.com retains ownership and copyrights of all pre-designed logos, name cards and stationeries available on this website. Upon purchase of the same, the customer is granted a nonexclusive, non-sub licensable right to use the artwork royalty-free according to the following terms and conditions.

You have rights to

You have rights for royalty free use of our artworks in their current or modified forms

You do not have rights to

You do not have rights to Redistribute/resell/lease/license/sub-license or offer free downloads of our artwork in their current or modified form to a third party

You are not allowed to use artwork in any resalable website templates. (However we allow our icons to be used on your own website and/or your client's website.)

You are not allowed to use our artwork in electronic bulletin boards in downloadable format.

For any resellable web applications or software programs you should not include our artwork as an additional attachment to boost your software sales or for any other purpose as this will be considered as redistribution of our artwork.

Logoangel.com reserves the copyrights and ownership rights of all artworks downloaded from this website. We reserve rights to change the prices of our artwork/membership packages without notice and at our sole discretion.

Logoangel.com will not be held responsible for any outcome that may occur during the course of usage of our artwork.

If we find anyone guilty of copying, stealing, reselling, leasing or renting our artwork and/or designs, all logoangel.com licenses will automatically be cancelled and they will be liable to legal action.

Refund Policy: No refund will be offered for products once sold

We reserve the rights to make changes to these 'terms and conditions' without any prior notice at our sole discretion. Any such changes will reflect on this page.
